Location: Onsite in San Francisco (5 days a week) or Lisbon. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Source and identify creators who align with the company's vision and content goals.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including outreach, hiring, briefing, and contract coordination.
• Define clear deliverables, timelines, and expectations for each creator.
• Review and validate creator deliverables to ensure high quality and brand alignment.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to align creator content with broader company goals.

Requirements

• Around 2+ years of experience in creator relations, partnerships, influencer management, or talent operations.
• Proven experience managing creators or freelancers from sourcing through to payment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing one-on-one relationships.
• Knowledge of the creator economy, digital platforms, and current content trends.
• Must be comfortable working onsite and managing in-person interactions and events.
