Creator Relations Specialist

Location: Zurich is listed in the header. The role is described as fully onsite in Lisbon and also as based onsite in San Francisco five days per week; relocation support is available.

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Source creators aligned with the product vision and content goals.
• Manage creator partnerships from outreach, hiring, and briefing through contract coordination.
• Define deliverables, timelines, and expectations for each partnership.
• Review and validate creator content for completeness, quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Coordinate with finance on accurate and timely creator payments.
• Build long-term creator relationships and maintain organized partnership records while collaborating with marketing and product teams.

Requirements

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in creator relations, partnerships, influencer management, or talent operations.
• Experience managing creators or freelancers from sourcing through payment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for one-on-one relationships.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, content trends, and the creator economy.
• Comfort working onsite five days per week and managing in-person interactions and events.
