What you will do

• Conduct keyword research and optimize app metadata to maximize store visibility.
• Develop and test creative assets, including icons and screenshots, to increase conversion rates.
• Analyze app store performance metrics to provide actionable growth insights.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with UA, Product, and Creative teams to align ASO with broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry best practices, and emerging ASO tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ASO or mobile growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of Apple App Store and Google Play ecosystems.
• Experience with ASO and analytics tools such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, or Data.ai.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Must be based in Lisbon (onsite role).
