TL;DR

Senior Product Owner (Fintech): Leading the digital transformation of consumer credit card engagement and servicing experiences with an accent on customer-facing features, product vision, and backlog prioritization. Focus on driving customer adoption and loyalty through the delivery of high-impact digital journeys in a regulated environment.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in or be able to commute to Manchester or Chester (at least 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead the product vision for Consumer Credit Card engagement and servicing experiences to maximize customer value.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, converting strategic goals into executable customer value slices.
  • Design and evolve digital capabilities that help customers understand and manage their credit cards throughout their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to deliver high-impact journeys at pace.
  • Take full accountability for the product lifecycle, from defining the vision to live performance and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager leading complex product areas.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-engagement digital servicing products, preferably in consumer finance or lending.
  • Experience translating ambiguous strategic goals into clear priorities and executable backlogs.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and delivery partners without formal authority.
  • Data-driven approach combined with technical understanding to make effective product trade-offs.
  • Must be able to work hybridly from Manchester or Chester offices.
