What you will do

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and 3-year roadmap for specific asset classes.
• Conduct horizon scanning for emerging trends and disruptive technology to create new product offerings.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including proof of concepts and vendor implementations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and conduct client pitches.
• Mentor and train internal teams to enhance product knowledge across the organization.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of product development experience within a fund services environment.
• Proven track record of managing the successful product lifecycle for business/technology initiatives.
• Strong experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid setup in Luxembourg.
