What you will do

• Lead technical assessments for DUV-related disturbances during daily passdown, Disturbance Review Board (DRB), and escalation meetings.
• Act as the primary technical decision owner for complex, cross-domain system issues under production pressure.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across Development, Manufacturing, and Technical Support teams.
• Perform system-level and structural analysis to identify root causes and systemic gaps.
• Drive the development, validation, and deployment of Best-Known Methods (BKM) to standardize improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving methodology coaching to peer engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or precision equipment industries.
• Experience acting as a senior technical contributor or issue owner in production environments.
• Strong ability to structure complex problems and drive technical decisions under time pressure.
• Good English communication skills for technical discussion and escalation meetings.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (50% day shift 08:00–17:00 and 50% night shift 16:00–01:00).

• Experience with semiconductor equipment platforms.
• Background in 1st-line or 2nd-line technical support or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineers.
• Familiarity with structured RCA and change management initiatives.
