TL;DR

People & Talent Intern (HR): Support talent acquisition, candidate experience, and recruitment strategy in a high-growth shopping tech company with an accent on data-driven operations and employer branding. Focus on managing ATS, crafting job descriptions, analyzing hiring data, and improving sourcing channels.

Location: Flexible remote (Paris office or home optional; coworking budget elsewhere; work from most countries up to 3 months per year)

What you will do

  • Handle daily hiring operations: craft job descriptions, review applications, schedule interviews, coordinate feedback.
  • Maintain ATS (Ashby), ensure data accuracy, and extract insights for better decisions.
  • Enhance candidate experience through authentic communication from outreach to feedback.
  • Strengthen employer branding via storytelling, social media, and creative projects.
  • Refine sourcing strategies, identify new channels, analyze processes, and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • Final-year internship (end-of-studies).
  • Degree from top business school, social sciences university, or HR/People Management program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, empathetic, curious, and adaptable.
  • Passion for people, hiring, team building, and culture.

Nice to have

  • Experience or interest in recruitment, HR, and people operations in startups.
