TL;DR
Talent Operations & AI Platform Intern (Phenom AI): Run day-to-day operations of AI talent platform for candidate attraction and engagement with an accent on platform maintenance, documentation, AI-powered sourcing, and recruiting funnel analytics. Focus on troubleshooting issues, creating SOPs and training materials, validating AI matches for bias, and building dashboards to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Location: Hybrid full-time schedule from the Baltimore area, Maryland, United States
Salary: $20.00 per hour

What you will do
- Coordinate Phenom AI platform operations: monitor health, troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and support job postings and campaigns.
- Create and maintain documentation including user guides, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and training materials using AI tools.
- Leverage AI for candidate sourcing: refine search criteria, triage high-fit candidates, and validate AI matches for bias and quality.
- Analyze platform data to track funnel metrics, build reports and dashboards, identify improvements, and present findings.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and People team to align operations with hiring goals and participate in career development activities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of associates, bachelor's, or master's program, or career changer with relevant experience in operations, HR, or analytics.
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets: formulas, pivots, analysis).
- Comfort with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and written communication for documentation.
- Ability to work full-time hybrid schedule from the Baltimore area for May 25–August 14, 2026.
- Attention to detail, data integrity, and basic awareness of HR systems or responsible AI practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with ATS/CRM/talent platforms (Phenom, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever).
- Interest in government technology, civic tech, or public-interest work.
