What you will do
- Execute end-to-end product launches: align on roadmap, define narrative, build assets, coordinate teams, and measure impact on revenue and retention.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and competitive content to sharpen core narrative and counter competitors.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials like one-pagers, slides, battle cards, and proof points for Sales and Customer Success.
- Support retention and upsell by identifying at-risk accounts, creating targeted plays, and aligning with Customer Success on churn reduction.
- Lead GTM for white label products, build value propositions, and drive revenue growth in collaboration with product and commercial teams.
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence, share insights with Sales, Product, and Leadership, and manage cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in hospitality tech, channel management, or related.
- Strong project management for cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent writing and storytelling to translate features into customer value.
- Data-literate to track impact and adjust strategies.
- Comfortable working independently in a lean team with shifting priorities.
- Experience with channel management or PMS environment is a plus.
