What you will do

• Perform daily client management, listening to needs and delivering tailored solutions via phone, email, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and media vendors.
• Prepare proposals, media recommendations, and execute orders while ensuring approvals and deadlines.
• Sell hirify.global services, scope and close projects, and generate growth opportunities.
• Develop client strategies across programmatic, SEM/PPC, social media, creative, and technology services.
• Coordinate media plans, track performance, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• BA and 1-3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or HR/talent acquisition; agency or recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills in person, phone, and electronic media.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Knowledge of talent-industry marketing trends and proficiency in FileMaker, MS Office Suite, Excel, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to perform research, campaign planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
