Location: Must work onsite at the Atlanta based manufacturing facility
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000

What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues within automated docking and charging systems.
- Monitor fleet health and perform remote tele-recovery of grounded assets using tools like Grafana and Sigma.
- Participate in hands-on bring-up and QA testing of new docking hardware using industrial automation principles.
- Act as the primary feedback loop between field operations and Engineering to identify bugs and hardware improvements.
- Create and maintain technical SOPs and troubleshooting guides to scale support capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics support, or IoT device management.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and basic command-line navigation.
- Experience with hardware diagnostic tools (Multimeters, Oscilloscopes) and digital telemetry dashboards.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
- Ability to translate technical hardware failures into clear, actionable documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with PLC programming or industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with Git and understanding of firmware/software deployment cycles.
- Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) or automated electromechanical systems.
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
