Global Projects Director (Tech & Digital Advantage)

What you will do

• Support the management team by preparing leadership meetings, long-term and medium-term planning sessions, and global town halls.
• Define and launch go-to-market strategies and programs for Tech & Digital Advantage offers across sectors and markets.
• Build regional proposal desks, collaborate with practice areas, and coordinate knowledge transfer.
• Shape people initiatives covering employee value proposition, career paths, transfers, and learning and development.
• Restructure capability chapters to expand specialized learning and development across TDA teams.
• Operationalize collaboration across career paths, talent management, go-to-market, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience; consulting experience is preferred.
• Experience with digital project management in a professional services environment is preferred.
• Experience working in international and virtual environments and complex, multicultural matrix organizations.
• Strong hypothesis-driven thinking, strategic analysis, project leadership, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal, plus strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
