Salary: $118,600–$189,400 annually (higher range for CA, CT, MD, MA, NJ, NY, WA state, DC; lower for CO, HI, IL, MN, NV, OH, RI, VT; varies by location)

What you will do

• Define and track key success metrics across the Preferred Seller journey to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Own core business reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and reviews to inform stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Lead A/B tests, pilots, and experiments to evaluate performance and guide data-driven decisions.
• Uncover trends and opportunities to improve seller conversion, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to turn business questions into actionable analysis.
• Work with Engineering and Data teams to define requirements and build scalable datasets, models, and solutions.
• Design compelling analyses and visualizations to help teams make faster decisions.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field (science, engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics) or equivalent, plus 5–10 years in analytics, operations, consulting, or FP&A.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Periscope; Python or R preferred.
• Experience using AI-powered tools and LLMs for analytical workflows, data modeling, code generation, and storytelling.
• Ability to build Excel models and create executive-ready presentations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from problem definition to implementation.
• Strong statistical judgment, business acumen, and customer-focused mindset.
