Salary: $185K – $230K base + equity

What you will do

• Shape build and continuous integration design for C++ and Rust software products on-premise and in the cloud.
• Lead optimization of build infrastructure for fast, repeatable flight software builds.
• Coordinate with engineering and IT stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
• Develop and maintain tools for development, testing, and deployment of autonomous aircraft software.
• Drive optimization of multi-language build systems, HITL testbeds, CI pipelines, and cloud simulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in large-scale or mission-critical environments with CI/CD methodologies
• 5+ years experience in C++
• 2+ years managing modern C++ build systems (CMake, Bazel, Ninja)
• Experience with release automation and configuration management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• U.S. export control compliance; provide documentation of U.S. person status

Nice to have

• Performance optimization in Linux and AWS, container scaling, cost reduction
• Sonatype Nexus or similar artifact management
• 1+ years in Rust
• AWS production experience
