Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (GCP/AWS)

Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (GCP/AWS): Building and evolving automated systems to ensure the reliability and consistency of product services with an accent on infrastructure-as-code, observability, and distributed systems. Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA; role is 5 days a week onsite.

Salary: $175,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Define and achieve service level objectives (SLOs) for product reliability.
• Manage and maintain large-scale production systems using infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and telemetry to ensure system health.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning.
• Eliminate single points of failure and build redundancy into infrastructure.
• Mentor and train other engineers in reliability best practices.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• 5+ years of experience with Linux/UNIX systems in cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Professional certification in AWS or GCP.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
