What you will do

• Develop software and tooling to facilitate greater automation, support, maintenance, and operability of services.
• Analyze infrastructure data to understand and improve availability, reliability, and sustainability.
• Engage in systems hardening and maintain compliance standards such as SOC2 and FedRAMP.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities, and mission for the Infrastructure team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS and/or GCP IaaS (compute, object storage, IAM, VPC, load balancing).
• Proficiency with modern Unix/Linux operating systems, preferably CentOS and Alpine.
• Experience with CI/CD, containers, virtualization, web servers, and databases.
• Experience defining SLOs/SLIs and implementing monitoring, alerting, and runbooks.
• Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform, Airflow, GKE, EKS, BigQuery, and Kubernetes.
