What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from scoping to delivering actionable recommendations.
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards for KPI monitoring and funnel analysis.
• Translate business needs into metric definitions and reliable data models.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, root causes, and growth opportunities.
• Build a governed semantic layer and an LLM-powered "ask data" interface using SQL and Python.
• Communicate data-backed stories to influence strategic decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience building governed semantic layers and LLM-powered data interfaces.
• Excellent SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools, preferably Tableau.
• Strong experience in DWH design and data modeling.
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt.
• Experience with Python.
