Senior Data Analyst (BI)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Turn stakeholder requests into clear specs, model datasets, and validate with source systems before sign-off.
• Build and maintain reusable dbt models, tests, and documentation; extend marts for reporting.
• Manage end-to-end Looker projects including LookML views, explores, and refinements.
• Use AI tools and automations in dbt, Airflow, Databricks, Python to speed up modeling.
• Handle break-fix issues and refactors from upstream changes; ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally following system design best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, CS, Math, or similar.
• Significant BI/analytics experience with end-to-end data modeling impact.
• Proficient in SQL, dbt (refs, layers, tests, docs), fluent in LookML.
• Working Python knowledge for analytics/automation; excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong collaborator with business sense and structured communication.
• Proactive ownership, flagging blockers early.
