Location: Hybrid role based out of NYC HQ; ability to work hybrid in our NYC office required

Salary: $160,000-$200,000 + 10% discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, robust APIs in Golang powering main applications.
• Enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in development and production.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic planning for backend ecosystem.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine system performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to shape innovative features.

Requirements

• Ability to work hybrid in our NYC office
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong understanding of database design and modeling (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Proven track record developing scalable systems and RESTful services.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Understanding of automated testing, deployment processes, and tools.
