What you will do

• Lead and mentor cloud platform and infrastructure teams, driving recruitment and performance management.
• Architect and evolve a secure, reliable, and scalable AWS ecosystem using IaC and CI/CD.
• Develop internal developer platforms and APIs in Go/Node.js to abstract infrastructure complexity.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align cloud strategy with global business goals.
• Drive operational excellence, observability, and proactive problem-solving across the platform.
• Champion high standards for technical documentation and process optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep hands-on experience architecting cloud-native applications in AWS.
• Mastery of Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), and automated deployment pipelines.
• Strong software engineering background in Go or Node.js.
• Expert understanding of SRE principles and high-availability systems.
• Ability to influence directors and align technical initiatives with commercial objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience with service mesh and advanced traffic management.
• Expertise in scalable data persistence (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB) and caching.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or POS domains, including PCI-DSS compliance.
• Active contribution to open-source or cloud-native communities.
