What you will do

• Own end-to-end product line including vision, strategy, roadmap, KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue), and cross-functional execution
• Lead product development from concept to launch: feature planning, user stories, testing
• Define and prioritize features based on customer needs, business objectives, market research, and competitor analysis
• Partner with UX/UI designers, conduct user interviews for intuitive experiences
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, CS to meet business needs and stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's or higher (technical/scientific advantage)
• 8+ years SaaS B2B product management, 2+ years leading a team; end-to-end experience with web/mobile apps
• AI-powered products experience and translating data insights into features (advantage)
• Deep user empathy, cross-functional leadership, analytical problem-solving
• Thrive in fast-paced environments; travel one week a month
