Salary: $194,000 – $215,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Partner across the business to identify improvements and influence decisions using data analytics methodologies.
• Act as the data owner for Finance functions, including accounting, tax, strategic finance, and profitability.
• Develop production-quality data products, dashboards, and KPIs to convey critical financial insights.
• Analyze business drivers and cross-functional initiatives to drive incremental improvements in contribution margin.
• Collaborate on data and analytics engineering to ensure financial datasets are enriched, reliable, and scalable.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the Data Analytics or Data Science field.
• Background in Consulting, Fintech, Payments, or Finance.
• Expertise in data engineering, data storage, and architecture.
• Strong background in data tooling, visualization, and BI tools.
• Expert-level SQL skills for analysis, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with D3, React, or Web app development.
