What you will do

• Create recommendations for incorporating cash flow insights into lending decisions using account-level decisioning best practices.
• Drive customer adoption of hirify.global insights data through custom analysis based on specific customer needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for credit policy implementation across data science, engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Build models and insights using expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
• Identify and engineer useful signals to be integrated into machine learning models.
• Influence product and engineering roadmaps through data analysis and presentations.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in data science within the financial services industry.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong understanding of credit risk and the development of underwriting models.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining actual credit policies for lenders.
• Knowledge of the lending lifecycle (marketing, acquisition, management, collections/recoveries).
• Must be based in or work from New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.
