What you will do

• Design and implement models to optimize operator assignment, balancing demand, capacity, and efficiency.
• Analyze FX flows and pricing strategies to optimize margins and manage risk.
• Develop forecasts for key business KPIs including volume, revenue, and retention.
• Partner with the Growth team to implement predictive segmentation and improve campaign ROI.
• Build and maintain robust SQL-based data models and BI dashboards to monitor performance.
• Translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Data Science role.
• Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for modeling and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Omni.
• Solid foundation in forecasting, statistics, and data modeling.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with pricing, FX, or financial modeling.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and causal inference.
