What you will do

• Maintain and improve AWS organizational architecture, including Organizations, SCPs, SSO, and IAM.
• Define and maintain reusable infrastructure standards and patterns to improve operational excellence.
• Implement preventive and detective controls across the AWS estate in collaboration with the Security department.
• Create financial visibility and enforce resource ownership in coordination with the FinOps department.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience maintaining and implementing AWS architecture through Infrastructure as Code.
• 2+ years of experience technically leading a cloud foundations team in a high-velocity startup.
• Proficiency with Pulumi (TypeScript), Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working within asynchronous or globally distributed teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences.
