What you will do

• Serve as primary technical authority for post-sales customers, guiding deployment architecture, environment design, and adoption of hirify.global for human and AI workflows.
• Own end-to-end onboarding engagements to ensure rapid productive adoption.
• Lead complex engagements addressing architecture, rollout patterns, and organizational challenges.
• Design and document repeatable delivery patterns for onboarding, architecture, and adoption across customer segments.
• Recommend tailored reference architectures for cloud environments, security, and constraints; translate complexity into guidance on networking, ingress, identity, and infrastructure.
• Anticipate risks, escalate issues, contribute to documentation and resources, and advocate product feedback to engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineering, or equivalent post-sales role with enterprise deployment track record.
• Hands-on experience designing/deploying cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• 2+ years production Kubernetes experience: cluster design, networking, storage, operations.
• 2+ years Terraform or IaC tooling; enterprise-scale structure and maintenance.
• Solid Linux admin, networking (ingress, proxies, load balancers, DNS), CI/CD, DevOps practices.
• Cloud security/identity (IAM, segmentation, secrets), observability (logging, metrics, tracing), AI tooling (coding agents, infrastructure).
• Strong communication, customer empathy, autonomy in startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience at startups and larger orgs; prior Software/DevOps/Platform Engineer role.
• Regulated environments (air-gapped, SOC 2, GDPR); disaster recovery, cost optimization, Tailscale.
• Kubernetes certs (CKA/CKAD/CKS); open-source, Backstage.io, developer platforms.
