What you will do
- Own and evolve the DevOps and Platform Engineering roadmap for a multi-tenant Kubernetes-based Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
- Architect and operate multi-cluster, multi-region Kubernetes environments using Istio, Cluster API, and Kyverno.
- Design progressive delivery frameworks with Flux and Flagger for GitOps-driven releases and automated rollout health-checks.
- Implement Zero Trust architecture using HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and Boundary for access brokering.
- Integrate AI Gateways and Registries to route traffic between microservices and autonomous agents.
- Drive DevSecOps maturity by embedding SAST/DAST, chaos engineering, and error budget tracking.
Requirements
- Deep Kubernetes expertise, including cluster lifecycle management, custom Operator development, and Helm.
- Experience designing multi-cluster, multi-region deployments with service meshes like Istio, Consul, or Linkerd.
- Advanced proficiency in Terraform for AWS/GCP with modular architectures and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps pipelines using ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native observability tools such as DataDog, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry.
- Proven ability to lead DevOps culture initiatives and build self-service developer platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience with eBPF, Cilium-based tracing, and OPA/Kyverno policy-as-code.
- Background in architecting agentic infrastructures and AI-driven internal developer platforms.
- Knowledge of confidential computing, sandboxing, or blockchain-specific workloads.
- Programming proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Contributions to CNCF-related open-source projects.
