About the Role

You will partner with Marketing, Policy, and Sales to drive event-led pipeline growth across APAC. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of sponsored, co-hosted, and hosted events and webinars, including planning, promotion, execution, reporting, and optimization. You will build and refine scalable event operations and workflows, manage external vendors and budgets, and ensure every event delivers measurable commercial outcomes. You will move quickly from concept to launch, iterate based on performance, and manage high-volume in-person events and executive programs with precision.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in event marketing with direct event and campaign coordination responsibility
  • Experience owning and executing 50–70+ events annually
  • Prior events agency experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to define event objectives aligned with pipeline generation, revenue influence, and brand awareness
  • Strong project management skills and on-site problem-solving capability
  • Experience managing external vendors, contract negotiation, and budget oversight
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zapier or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience planning and executing webinars and paid media campaigns is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel 1–2 times per month
  • Full professional proficiency in English; Korean and/or Japanese proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of events and webinars across APAC
  • Plan, promote, execute, report on, and optimize sponsored and hosted events
  • Lead a high volume of primarily in-person events, from roundtables to large conferences
  • Integrate key marketing initiatives into event programming
  • Identify and execute strategic co-marketing opportunities
  • Scale and optimize event operations by refining workflows and documentation
  • Manage external vendors, contracts, and budgets
  • Drive rapid execution from concept to launch and iterate quickly
