What you will do

• Guide LATAM hotel clients through full accounting onboarding, including chart of accounts mapping, tax configuration, and revenue recognition setup.
• Configure country-specific e-invoicing compliance for markets such as Mexico (SAT/CFDI), Colombia (DIAN), and Chile (SII).
• Support integrations between hirify.global and third-party accounting platforms/ERPs including QuickBooks, Xero, M3, and NetSuite.
• Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies and integration sync issues using a solutions-oriented approach.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Latin American hospitality accounting practices and regional fiscal compliance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience specifically within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience configuring or supporting integrations between a hotel PMS and accounting/ERP software.
• Deep knowledge of at least one Latin American country's fiscal and e-invoicing requirements.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (firm requirement).
• Strong customer-facing communication skills for daily engagement via phone and video.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to trace data flows and troubleshoot mapping issues.

Nice to have

• Prior hands-on experience in hotel operations, such as front office, night audit, or revenue management.
• Knowledge of fiscal compliance requirements across multiple Latin American countries.
• Active personal use of AI tools or workflow automation.
