Sateliot is a Barcelona-based satellite company developing a constellation that enables standard commercial devices to communicate directly from space.
What you will do
- Manage supplier invoices, ERP records, supplier master data, cost-center allocations, and payment proposals.
- Execute SEPA payments and monthly payroll, and verify correct accounting entries.
- Support monthly closing through accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and journal-entry reviews.
- Control fixed assets and inventory, including assets under construction, capitalization, depreciation, and physical-to-book reconciliation.
- Manage bank reconciliations, cash-position monitoring, treasury forecasting, customer invoicing, and employee expenses.
- Coordinate subsidiary consolidation, tax support, external audits, and automation of transactional finance processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, treasury, finance operations, or audit, ideally in industrial or CAPEX-intensive environments.
- Knowledge of Spanish GAAP, IFRS, and the full accounting cycle.
- Experience with fixed-asset and inventory accounting, including assets under construction, capitalization, and depreciation.
- Hands-on SAP experience is required.
- Knowledge of SEPA payments, online banking, bank reconciliation, and advanced Excel.
- Professional Spanish and English are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Spanish taxation, including VAT and SII.
- Experience with audit processes.
- Experience with automation tools, data analysis, or AI applied to finance processes.
