What you will do

• Lead on-the-job instruction and act as the technical expert for assigned manufacturing areas.
• Convert new production methods and processes into clear, teachable steps.
• Train and mentor technicians and technician-trainers to ensure standard execution across all shifts.
• Manage evaluations, quizzes, and progress reporting for both hard and soft skills.
• Partner with process designers to define tasks using structured "if/then" logic.
• Conduct training audits to ensure total procedural compliance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in training, instructing, or teaching entry-level individual contributors.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a production or inspection environment.
• Proven ability to train individuals from entry to mid-level.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or ITAR eligibility is required.
