Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Seattle, WA and work from the HQ 3+ days a week

What you will do

  • Identify and recruit content creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to become partners.
  • Manage influencer content reviews and documentation to ensure legal compliance.
  • Develop creative briefs and promotional assets to enable partners to promote the brand effectively.
  • Partner with the Product Marketing team to develop campaign strategies for new audiences.
  • Track and analyze performance data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimizations.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Creative, and Security teams to align influencer activities with company policies.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content creator partnerships, or PR.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and current influencer content trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for building external partnerships.
  • Analytical approach with a willingness to measure and report on campaign performance.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish.
