Salary: $126,800–$154,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of statistical techniques and algorithms for advanced analytics.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to mine big data from complex, high-dimensional datasets.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to process technical data, including CAD models, for enterprise ingestion.
• Collaborate with product engineers and DevSecOps to integrate prototype algorithms into large-scale products.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to end users.
• Mentor junior data scientists and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Strong experience with SQL, relational databases, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana.
• US Citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. government personnel security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD models and technical data sets.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Confluent).
• Understanding of the aerospace and defense industry.
