What you will do

• Build and evaluate predictive and decision models for production systems or research, including data clean-up and pattern identification.
• Translate complex AI concepts into tangible business value for non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in.
• Assist with model go-lives by performing production data validations and score distribution analysis.
• Apply data mining methodologies to analyze model behavior and provide technical support for customer meetings and pre-sales activities.
• Manage projects under time and resource constraints, collaborating with software, IT, and product management teams.
• Support the internal technology team in the development and deployment of analytics solutions.

Requirements

• MS degree in statistics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics, or operations research (PhD preferred).
• Industry experience in predictive modeling and data mining.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, C, C++, or Java, with a solid understanding of software design principles.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and applying statistical analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of Bayesian networks, PCA, linear/logistic regressions, neural networks, or SVM.
