Salary: $130K - $150K

What you will do

• Analyze massive customer datasets to provide actionable insights on model performance and risk management policies.
• Communicate data stories to showcase the value of hirify.global’s solutions in eliminating identity fraud and streamlining end-user experience.
• Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Account Managers) to identify upsell opportunities and product optimizations.
• Develop tools and automated workflows to improve the speed, accuracy, and reproducibility of analysis.
• Build ML models to explore alternative approaches compared to established production models.
• Provide thought leadership to guide the development of next-generation core models and products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, or analytics engineering.
• Degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python (2+ years) and SQL for querying relational databases.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, or GCP.
• Ability to explain complex ML/AI models and analyses to non-technical audiences.
• No sponsorship provided now or in the future.
