What you will do

• Perform first article inspections (FAI) and provide detailed feedback on new components.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections using precision measurement tools.
• Analyze and verify CMM reports for accuracy and conformance.
• Write, disposition, and verify nonconformance reports (NCRs).
• Generate customer shipment documentation to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with programmers and engineers to drive stable, in-tolerance production.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in mechanical or quality inspection.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• High level of experience reading and interpreting GD&T.
• Familiarity with CMM inspection results.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience writing and dispositioning NCRs.
• Knowledge of AS9100 or related quality management systems.
• Familiarity with PC-DMIS or other CMM programming environments.
• Experience with optical inspection systems and high precision gauges.
