What you will do

• Lead hardware design, development, and production of critical defense systems.
• Manage the full design lifecycle from concept definition through detailed design.
• Oversee the transition of hardware designs to production and provide ongoing production support.
• Perform system integration of mechanical hardware.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful program execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 5-10 years of professional engineering experience.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• At least 1 year of experience within the Defense industry.
• Hands-on expertise with 3D CAD design tools and product data management tools.
• Proficiency in CREO and GD&T.

Nice to have

• Experience in design, fabrication, and integration of electronic and shelter assemblies.
• Experience with power distribution equipment packaging.
• Prior leadership experience with small to mid-sized technical teams.
