Senior Fullstack Engineer (SaaS): Building and scaling internal tools, integrations, and in-product capabilities for go-to-market teams with an accent on reliability, performance, and maintainability. Location: Remote in the US (excluding AK, DE, HI, ID, IA, MT, NE, ND, RI, SD, WV). Must be authorized to work lawfully in the USA without immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $187,000 – $271,920 USD (base salary depends on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate services and APIs for contacts, company data, third-party syncing, and search.
• Develop internal tools and features that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to scale effectively.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape requirements and deliver incremental value for customers.
• Contribute to data models and storage strategies to ensure consistency, privacy, and scalability.
• Improve platform resilience through robust observability, fault-tolerant patterns, and on-call support.
• Collaborate with adjacent squads to evolve architecture and provide mentorship to peers via code reviews.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional software development experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in backend development, building services, and data-intensive APIs.
• Experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred) and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with relational databases and data modeling, specifically with PostgreSQL.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship.
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation for critical services.

Nice to have

• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with microfrontends, Node services, Rails ecosystems, and event-driven architectures.
