Location: US, California (Santa Clara, Folsom) - Hybrid work model (split time on-site and off-site)

Salary: $122,440 - $232,190

What you will do

  • Develop RTL code and implement optimized logic designs for GPU IPs aligned with specifications
  • Optimize power, performance, area, and timing during physical implementation
  • Define architecture and microarchitecture features for GPU blocks
  • Execute unit-level verification, debug RTL tests, and resolve issues
  • Utilize formal equivalence verification to ensure design accuracy
  • Collaborate with SoC teams for high-quality GPU block integration
  • Drive microarchitecture enhancements and provide technical documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related + 4+ years in RTL design and logic development with SystemVerilog expertise
  • OR Master's + 3+ years
  • OR PhD + 6+ months

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in low-power design techniques (UPF coding/debugging)
  • Experience with static timing analysis and formal equivalence verification
  • Understanding of GPU architecture and digital design principles
  • TCL scripting for design automation
  • Debugging microarchitecture and hardware simulations
  • Advanced microarchitecture knowledge and GPU validation
  • Power/performance validation in large-scale GPU designs
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
