What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable end-to-end data pipelines specifically for Credit and Loan products.
• Optimize data architecture to improve querying performance and maintain high cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Credit Squad to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Automate manual processes and re-design infrastructure to ensure greater scalability.
• Act as a strategic consultant for non-technical stakeholders, providing data-driven insights.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, documentation, and testing for Core Systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering scaling production architectures.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and dbt.
• Proven experience designing robust data models like Star Schema or Data Vault for financial products.
• Previous experience with Credit, Loans, or Ledger systems.
• Ability to take full ownership of complex projects from inception to deployment.
• Advanced English level
