What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Provide responsive customer service via email, live chat, and telephone
- Identify needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
- Answer inbound calls and chats, following scripts to resolve issues
- Document and track engagements in the applicant tracking system
- Manage advertising responses and HR correspondence to candidates and clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of volume recruiting, administrative, customer service, or call center experience in a team-oriented environment
- 2+ years working with databases and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2+ years organizing and managing workload with attention to detail and urgency
- Experience in fast-paced environments coping with change
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
