What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Provide responsive customer service via email, live chat, and telephone
• Identify needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
• Answer inbound calls and chats, following scripts to resolve issues
• Document and track engagements in the applicant tracking system
• Manage advertising responses and HR correspondence to candidates and clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of volume recruiting, administrative, customer service, or call center experience in a team-oriented environment
• 2+ years working with databases and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 2+ years organizing and managing workload with attention to detail and urgency
• Experience in fast-paced environments coping with change
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
