What you will do

• Provide employment-focused case management and develop self-sufficiency plans for program participants.
• Conduct job readiness workshops and guide clients through the application, interview, and hiring process.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities.
• Monitor and document job performance, wage levels, and compliance data for state-funded programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to provide comprehensive support services.
• Perform 6- and 12-month follow-up check-ins with participants to ensure placement success.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Spokane, WA, USA.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional/lived experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. job search, interview, and placement processes.
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Lived experience as a refugee or immigrant.
• Bilingual ability in languages such as Arabic, Spanish, Swahili, Dari, Pashto, Burmese, Vietnamese, or Tigrinya.
• Previous experience in employment services programming.
