What you will do

• Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with brand vision and KPIs.
• Manage the end-to-end outreach process, including sourcing, contracts, and deliverables.
• Analyze performance data to optimize influencer program strategies and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional digital and media teams to recommend amplification strategies.
• Oversee influencer content briefing and approval processes.

Requirements

• Experience running best-in-class influencer campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Strong attention to detail when managing multiple campaigns and deliverables.
• Ability to use data to measure performance and optimize future strategies.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from London
