What you will do

• Develop and execute creator marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
• Identify and test new opportunities across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Substack, and YouTube.
• Build strategic creative briefs to guide creators and internal stakeholders toward high-quality output.
• Partner with Brand, Comms, Paid Media, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to align goals and measurement.
• Analyze campaign performance and synthesize learnings to inform future strategies and experiments.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience managing creator, influencer, or social marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns or programs from end to end.
• Experience briefing and managing external agency partners.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and the evolving creator landscape.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Must be based in New York City

• Experience working in tech or on consumer-facing digital products.
