Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a consultancy or client HR function.
• Alternatively, 5+ years of experience in a top-tier professional services firm.
• Proven ability to scope, design, and deliver non-standard solutions for complex clients.
• In-depth understanding of supported industries and ability to apply business offerings at a senior level.
