What you will do

• Manage, monitor, and improve credit card risk strategy and limit policies using ML & AI models.
• Develop and manage the product's NPV model.
• Collaborate with business departments on origination processes, conditions, and acquisition channel profitability.
• Design, test, and validate hypotheses to understand feature dependencies and process impacts.
• Create analytical frameworks and tools for scalable and comprehensive reporting.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in risk or product analytics.
• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and one of the analytical scripting languages (Python or R).
• Solid understanding of mathematical statistics, probabilities, and basic machine learning concepts.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mexico.

Nice to have

• Understanding of retail risk management principles such as adverse selection and vintage/portfolio analysis.
• Knowledge of credit card unit economics and key risk metrics.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning concepts and approaches.
