Senior Recruiter (Life Sciences)

TL;DR

Senior Recruiter (Life Sciences RPO): Partnering with hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruitment for a leading life sciences client with an accent on sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates. Focus on building talent pools, competency interviewing, and ensuring recruitment process effectiveness in a high-touch client environment.

Hybrid: 3 days office per week in Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea. Korean: Native level required; English: Mid-Business level required.

What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build talent pools for life sciences roles (Commercial, R&D).
• Conduct role briefings, follow client processes, and use competency interviewing for candidate shortlisting.
• Manage candidate relationships and market opportunities with client value proposition.
• Partner with hiring managers as a talent acquisition expert in South Korea.
• Identify process improvements and ensure timely, professional client interactions.

Requirements

• Recruitment experience in life sciences sector (Commercial roles, R&D etc.) required.
• Expertise in applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment processes.
• Strong client-facing skills with focus on responsiveness and relationship building.
• Native Korean and Mid-Business English proficiency.
