What you will do

• Lead and manage the Label Operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all music releases and catalogue updates.
• Oversee release programming and scheduling, aligning with marketing campaigns and DSP timelines.
• Own metadata and digital asset management, ensuring consistency and compliance across internal systems and DSPs.
• Act as the primary operational and technical point of contact for the global distribution partner, UMG.
• Drive process improvements and optimize workflows using performance data and operational metrics.
• Manage rights and UGC claims to protect intellectual property and ensure proper attribution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in music label operations or digital distribution, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital music supply chains, DSP backends, and metadata standards (DDEX, ISRC, UPC).
• Proven ability to mentor teams, improve workflows, and document operational best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Sheets, G Suite, and BI tools for data management and analytics.
• Familiarity with rights management, UGC claims, and licensing compliance.
• Experience coordinating international releases with global distribution partners.
