What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional resources for seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget by identifying and addressing roadblocks.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders for clarity and feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure transparency.
• Manage changes to scope, timelines, and costs using communication and negotiation skills.
• Track performance, mitigate risks, and provide data-driven insights on milestones.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of formal project management experience with proven track record.
• PMP Certification or other relevant certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
• Proficiency in project management tools: Asana, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SharePoint.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
