Senior/Lead Salesforce Engineer

I am looking for a Senior\Lead Salesforce Engineer.

-Location: Any (except Russia and Belarus)
-Employment: B2B Contract (NO Incubator)
-Work format: remote|full-time long term
-Level: Senior\Lead

What You Bring:
Salesforce & Technical Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (5+ years)
• Experience as a Lead Developer is a strong plus
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience with version control and deployment tools
• Experience building and delivering Salesforce solutions in production environments
Business Analysis
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories
Delivery & Ownership
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Ability to take ownership of features and deliver with minimal supervision
• Experience working in complex or multi-system environments
