What you will do

• Execute end-to-end integration testing with partners to ensure seamless functionality and certification.
• Provide hands-on API integration and testing support internally and externally.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve API and web service issues as liaison between partners and teams.
• Document and maintain integration configurations and manuals.
• Track development and certification lifecycle independently.
• Collaborate with Integration Product team to resolve API issues and strengthen partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant domain experience
• Hands-on experience with SOAP API, HTNG messages, async/sync data flows, and reading XML API documentation
• Experience troubleshooting API and web service issues using tools like Postman or SOAPUI
• Track record working across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Support) with strong communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail for API specs, configurations, and documentation
• Flexibility to work across EMEA timezones

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end RMS products
• Background in Property Management Systems (PMS/CRS) or IT analytics
